Proper nutrition is the key to beauty. Some general rules apply. Among less fried foods, foods containing preservatives, sugary drinks and chips. Another suggestion is to increase the intake of fruits, cereals, vegetables and lean meats.

  • Green beans
Green beans contain selenium and effect strengthens the hair and prevents hair loss.
  • Linseed
Flax seeds contain Omega-3, which is responsible to hydrate the skin.
  • Kiwi
Kiwi fruit is a good source of vitamin C in large doses, stimulates collagen production and helps to maintain youthfulness.
  • Eggs
Eggs are necessary for healthy nails. This product contains biotin makes nails stronger.
