Immediately admit a mistake if you make a mistake. We are all human beings, commonly made mistakes. Then do the repairs for all the wrongs we have done. Do not easily complain and rush to criticize, but you have to be built. Successful leaders are those who seek solutions to problems that face it, not blame or discredit someone with accusations and slander are not necessary.
We all have to face issues such as men who are not eager to work, who do not agree with our ideas, which are not under orders from superiors, who acted arbitrarily etc. All that must be faced and solutions. We need to nurture, protect and guide team members in order to succeed together.
